Picnics is located one mile North of I-240 on Route 25, Merrimon Ave in North Asheville. We are open:

Tuesday through Saturday

11:30AM to 7PM (winter hours)

We are closed both Sundays and Mondays.

Our famous Wood Roasted Chicken, begins with fresh chickens delivered from a local Poultry Farm, they are marinated 24 hours in Lemon Juice, Garlic and Spices. We skewer them and roast with an Herb Crust over an Oak Fire. Truly a delicacy! We also serve Wood Roasted Duck on Fridays and Saturdays each week!
